Over the five years he spent working for Capgemini, Patrick Torrents used the conventional methods for building teams, monitoring action plans and solving problems.
In 2004 he created Extellient, a digital service company, and his experience in project management made him realise organisations were struggling more and more to engage their employees in their activities and boost roll-out of their action plans.
In 2015 Patrick Torrents founded Workshop it! and began developing collaborative software solutions by digitising renowned team building and project management tools. With one objective in mind: engaging teams in the success of their projects and managing their action plans effectively on a daily basis.
