« What is our corporate vision for “Business to Territories? »
The group was reorganised in 2016, giving rise to a new business line called “Business to Territories”. Engie wished to use a collaborative solution to coordinate its discussions regarding the strategy and vision to be adopted for this new business line.
PROCESS:
Some ten working groups were set up to discuss the vision for the new business line. Their exchanges were structured and coordinated using Solve it!
OUTCOME:
Solve it! was used to conduct a collective review of the strategic areas of focus with the outcomes available immediately, preventing time being wasted and information being diluted.
