Oracle wished to initiate a collaborative approach to define its short-term strategic objectives.
PROCESS:
25 people were divided into three groups to generate ideas and select initial topics for consideration.
A workshop was then held to pool the ideas, approve the ones to be adopted and roll them out.
OUTCOME:
Collective approval of an action plan based on the ideas adopted during the workshop.
Participants embraced the use of Solve it! enthusiastically and found it easy to grasp.
